Description
The Omni-Tek/Windchaser RM70 is one of the most commonly found weapons in civilian hands. Useful for most purposes, the RM70 is available in a variety of calibers, although the 9.96mm is the most common. 'Red Jelly' rifles were made in quite a few numbers by the crazed OT-Engineer Niide Ziw. The weapon is sealed, and is rumored to self-destruct on attempts to break through. No one is quite sure what technology it features, but a Self-cleaning KO-CR device or a Jandavit Cleanup cluster is likely part of it.
