Description
This Charged Nano 'Finger' contains the nano formula Frost Slivers (Creates small slivers of frost that inflict 30-65 points of cold-based damage when they impact with the target.). This Charged Nano 'Finger' has had its use protection removed. This means that is it easier to use, but much more unstable. It is usually worthless to official vendors.
