Description
The Hacked Boosted-Graft: Detain Suspect can execute the nano formula Detain Suspect. (Renders the target unable to move for a short period of time. It does not affect the combat capabilities of the target.). Using this item locks Psycho Modi for 30 minutes minus 5 seconds per Quality Level. It has been hacked to remove profession restrictions. This means that is it easier to use, but more unstable. Official vendors will usually not give you anything for it.
