Description
The Seburo C-99a use Zastaba's Vacuum discharge turret. The technology has been known for decades, but noone has yet managed to make a version that's easy to use, thus some technical understanding is required to use it. The gun is powerful, and silent for it's size, although range suffers, and fire rate is fairly low.
