Description
The Star Steel Corporation reinvented 'living steel' in the 22700's, and has been able to keep the production method secret since. What is known, though, is that each sword is 'raised' during a 3-year period, developing a 'consciousness' and learning to regenerate. Research indicates that virus cultures are a central part of the base from which the sword is made, but in what way the 'virus blend' is controlled to take the distinct shape of this weapon, remains a mystery. If you lean your ear against the blade you will hear a faint, rustling sound.
