Description
A Neutron Displacer can be used to etch a storage matrix into a Pure Carbon Crystal. It does this by displacing neutrons of the crystal in various patterns. Etching a storage matrix into a crystal will enable that crystal to be utilized in the creation of a nano crystal. It is a tradeskill item.
