Description
This crystal has had a storage matrix carefully etched into it with a Neutron Displacer. The storage matrix of this crystal now needs to be finalized; once that is done, the crystal will be able to store the coding for a nano formula. To finalize the crystal's storage matrix, a Crystal Reflection Pattern needs to be applied to this crystal. The type of Reflection Pattern that you apply will determine the type of nano formula that can be stored in the crystal. This is a tradeskill item.
