Description
A Photon Particle Emitter is used to transfer the fully linked nanobot AI coding of a nano program into a Prepared Program Crystal. The end result of this process is the creation of a usable nano crystal for this nano program. The QuarkStor(tm) memory bank of this device is currently blank. A Compiled Algorithm disc needs to be inserted before this device can be used. This is a tradeskill item.
