Description
In 29114 Marvin Dzinar started an independent weapons workshop in Jobe. Most of his designs were strange, and sometimes even ridiculous, but with the Soft Pepper Pistol he gained instantaneous fame. The demand was a lot higher than what he could produce, so when Omni-Tek offered him better working conditions he accepted. He took off to Omni Prime in 29117 to do 'research' there. He has not been seen again since, or at least that's how the story goes. The pistol seems to be missing some part.
