Description
The Sparkle-Plate was a bad idea, intended to protect small children from being harmed in large crowds. The opposite happened when the kids got hold of the tool; they used it to harm each other. A large, advanced version was later made for adults, but the commotion caused by the failure of the children's version led to low sales.
