Description
The Zastaba Velocity was the patent the Tsakachumi Counter-Sniper was built on. Unlike the Tsak, the Velocity is tuned for use by assault troops as well - by offering a high rate of fire and a sensible clip size. Used by an expert, it can still service as a standard sniper rifle. The Velocity was 'out-fashioned' with the boom of assault rifles.
