Description
The Mathis Web Cloak generally uses the same principle as the Ion Web Cloak - utilizing high velocity bots to 'push away' foreign matter. It interrupts most physical and short-length energy damage. The major difference between the cloaks is, that while the Ion Cloak has bots that orbit the user, the Mathis Cloak has bots that radiate from the user - creating a sort of 'bot wave'. The constant pressure from the counter-wave requires the user to be both fit and have some physical balance.
