Description
This weapon was supposely designed by a high-ranking individual of Omni-Sci or Omni-Engineering. Rumour has it that he had an affair with a soldier in Division 9 RSGE. Some say it was Babe Suitt, but she usually denies this. It could also have been Maren Silvestrini. The weapon was meant to be a gift to whoever she was, but Omni-InterOps detected the thing, the production was stopped and the lovesick engineer secretly dismissed. The plans seem to have survived though since somewhere someone is secretly manufacturing this weapon in quantities.
