Description
This liquid is stable unless exposed to oxygen. If the liquid receives any kind of powerful motion shock within the first 20 seconds of this kind of exposure, then the liquid will detonate. If the liquid does not receive any such shock within this time period - then the liquid simply dissolves harmlessly into the air.
