Guardian Conductor towers are specialized in increasing or decreasing the performance of human breeds. Most any area of expertise can be influenced, but only within a limited physical radius from the tower. Guardian Conductors also have a limited ability to attack.
NOTE: To create this tower and other towers you must first raise a Control Tower in an area approved for building. Then 'use' this item nearby to build the Guardian Conductor. Also be aware of the following WARNING: If you change side in the conflict - any tower, turret or conductor owned by you are instantly destroyed (and you are automatically kicked from your organization).
