Description

The Flower Guard was sponsored by 'Freedom for All', and like most immigration clans they suffered from some drawbacks in the 'reality' department. They spent most of their funds getting designer armor and weapons made. When they could finally put this armor on and show off in the streets of Tir, it was time to invent a cause and an agenda.

Their first job was stealing brontos. They used some method of space reduction and were quite successful, but most of their members thought it was below their dignity to perform as bronto thieves, hence they came up with a more heroic task - to steal all the Juggernauts of the Omni-Tek corporation.

At this time the Juggernauts had just become fully automatic. They have always had the ability to perform independently, but performed at their best with a pilot and a tail gunner. However, with the improvements to the Juggernaut Control Center there were no longer any need for a human crew for maximum performance.

The Flower Guard got access to teaching material that was intended for Juggernaut pilots, and they went through thorough virtual training to be able to steer those pinnacles of the mobile Omni-Tek land defense. One dark night they carried out a coordinated attack to enter all operative Juggernauts simultaneously. Unfortunately their research had failed to inform them about the internal defense systems of the Juggernauts. When the Flower Guard Pilots sat down in the empty cockpits, they were electrocuted and consumed by flesh eating bacteria. All that was left was their designer armor. Shortly after the clan dissolved and most of their members traveled back to their former home worlds.
