Description
A persistant rumor has circulated for some years - about Omni-Tek experimenting with making a new and improved Nano Breed. It would be no surprise if it was true - the current Nano Breed having as many weaknesses as it has: A weak physical frame, an underdeveloped natural immunity system and low susceptibility to ideological design. This hat could either be a prototype made when the current Nano Breed was designed, or it could have been made for a new Nano Breed. Either way it's an impressive piece of technology.
