Description
This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the rapid deterioration of Nano-Bots in stasis in the Shadowlands, has eaten at it.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Attempts to lessen the violent impulses of the target, which lowers the damage inflicted by the target by 12 points per hit and also lowers initiatives by 81 points.
