Description
This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the rapid deterioration of nano in the Shadowlands, has eaten at it.Making matters worse, someone has failed at repairing it.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Surrounds the target with a field of controlled energy that inflicts a small amount of damage each time it is hit. It has the additional benefit of increasing the Radiation AC of the target.
