Description
This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, someone has tried super charging it. Adding that to the erosive effect of the Shadowlands it is quite damaged.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Creates a sphere of freezing cold around the head of the target, which inflicts 503-1,142 points of cold-based damage. It also impairs nano abilities, lowering all nano skills by 90 points.
