Description
This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, someone has tried super charging it. Adding that to the erosive effect of the Shadowlands it is quite damaged.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Encases the head of the target in a sphere of freezing cold that inflicts 652-1,624 points of cold-based damage. The intense cold also impairs nano skills, lowering those skills by 115 points each.
