Description
This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the rapid trading between many, many people has cracked it in the harsh Shadowlands environment.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - This nano program sets up a series of overlapping sonic effects around the bureaucrat. Operating at a frequency much lower than is audible, these sonic effects synchronize every 20 seconds; any enemies close to the bureaucrat during that synchronization will receive a temporary mood-dampening effect. This mood-dampening effect lowers the chance of landing a critical hit.
