Description
This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the rapid trading between many, many people has cracked it in the harsh Shadowlands environment.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - The bureaucrat is able to send a pulse of energy into the exoskeleton of the targetted pet. This will cause any Snare or Root nano programs affecting that pet to be reduced in duration by 308 seconds.
