Description
This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the rapid trading between many, many people has cracked it in the harsh Shadowlands environment.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Through this nano program, the bureaucrat is able to reduce the duration of a normal snare by 547 seconds and a normal root by 66 seconds on all nearby friendly players. This will also provide those people with a short-duration innate resistance against normal root and snare nano programs of 10%.
