Description

According to ancient lore, Unukh Mar was the first to publish the Notum Time theory. It claims that the material of notum is somewhat unaffected by time - it does in fact alway exist, in all space it has ever occupied. Yet it can only be registered by 'humans' in the space it 'presently occupies'. The theory does further explain, through 56 volumes, how this paradox can be understood.

This spiritech design is as a result of experiments done on basis of this theory. The circlet is meant to be used in battle, where it somehow 'partially moves your head into the future' when en enemy attempts to attack it. With normal use it doesn't actually have any side effects.
