Description
To create this spirit tower you must first raise a Spirit Tower of Control in a Shadowlands area approved for building. Then 'use' this item nearby to build the Chosen Spirit Tower of Power. Also be aware of the following WARNING: If you change side in the conflict - any tower, spirit tower, turret or conductor owned by you are instantly destroyed (and you are automatically kicked from your organization).
