Description

Enfraam, himself, got word that a student had optimized his old program protocols and made a rather usefull program. In some circles this was seen as another mockery of his skills. This was unacceptable. He took his old program and optimized the protocolpatterns by 345%, creating a nano program which is now sought after by most Nanotechnicians. Enfraam's Perception Deciever is considered some of Enfraam's finest work. It will confuse its target's observation skills, and make it extremely difficult to engage targets far away.
