Description
This appears to be some kind of homing device. When activated it will transport the test subject instantly to the gates of the Foremans Office for recapture. This particular beacon is set to recover subjects from Borealis city. It seems like this should work for any carbon based life form.
One can only imagine what was planned for this test subject in Borealis...it would not have been pleasant.
