Happy Halloween! May your loot be treats.
Description
This is a copy of the text which has been added to an Omni-Tek employee personnel file. It states that the employee has failed in fulfilling their mission, and that in the process they endangered the well-being of the Corporation with their reckless behavior. It goes on for quite some time about the employee's shortcomings. It really is quite the nasty note. They can probably not count on any promotions in the next few decades.
