This is a lovely blue brooch, framed with pearlized platinum - Small blue veins running through the metal indicate the presence of notum embedded within. There is a small tag on the back, which displays the following information in your NCU:

The blue stone set upon it's surface displays a very odd mark, looking much like a triangle with a half-circle near the top. On occasion, when jostled, small sparks will travel through the stone, a radiant blue glow highlighting the carvings on it's surface.
