Description
The Wraith series of hoverbikes was Phasefront's first attempt at creating a practical front-line vehicle for military use. Though initial attempts suffered from aerodynamic issues due to the thrust and mobility clashing with the need for heavy armor plating, designer Bjorn Dahl eventually realized the potential for the vehicle in the X-39 variation, blending propulsion systems with a light-weight energy shielding system that protects the user at high speeds. The X2-45 is the civilian version of this popular bike, stripped of offensive weaponry and shielding. The result is a more light-weight variation that still maintains a rough-and-tumble appearance.
