Description
This transportation chip is heavily encrypted with Dust Brigade technology, keeping the information within safe from most prying eyes. However, the former Dust Brigade member Sean Powell gave this to you after saving his life, and most of the codes are decrypted. Currently there isn't much that it can be used for, as the codes are for unknown purposes. But perhaps someone else may find use for it...
