Description
These pills use the reactions to fear in the mind to trigger defensive mechanisms in your NCU that have the beneficial effect of clearing some effects that might restrict your movement. However only less experienced users may benefit from the effects as after some time users become hardened to the effects of fear. NOTE: You cannot First-Aid anyone for a brief period after doing this.
