Description
An odd, strangely discomforting hum emanates from this piece of cobbled-together alien technology. The relay is currently powered on and activated, but without some form of signal information it seems to be simply redistributing feedback. Feedback that is threatening to give you a very severe headache if you don't do something about it.
It appears as though it needs some form of signal instructions before the device will stop eminating feedback.
