Description
This strange device hums quietly within your hand, its hard, shell-like exterior gently warm to the touch. Reading through the programming of the alien nanites as best you can, there seems to be some form of homing signal program located in their databanks - Potentially set up to work with a teleportation network of some kind. Unfortunately the device hasn't been tuned to a specific signal, and simply seems to be broadcasting into thin air.
Though this device has been given signal information, it still hasn't been tuned to a specific frequency.
