Description

This long stick was used in playing an ancient game referred to as "pool", a contest between individuals in which they attempted to sink small round objects into "pockets" of the same size upon a table-top. Apparently this game was regarded as very serious business and many regarded it less as a hobby and more as a way of life.

Of particular note was a player in recent times, a member of an anachronistic society who enjoys recreating ancient-Earth hobbies and sports; this particular player made quite the name for themselves in smaller circles, perhaps even being one of the greatest pool players in the entire galaxy.

Now, all of that said, you're not really sure what makes this pool cue 'cursed' in any fashion - Really, it just seems like a regular wooden stick to you. Maybe the curse only applies to the people you beat with it...
