Description

The concept of a pinata is pretty simple, really - You have a hollow, semi-fragile object, you fill it with candy and other such treats, and then you whack at it with a stick until it all falls apart. Again, a simple concept, and one that has utterly and completely failed to be represented in this piece.

This particular iitem comes from Dolores XII, part of the Planetas Mexicanos allied systems, where such pinatas are often used for children's parties. Export off-world is often quite common, though occasionally a 'bad' batch slips through, one that has unfortunately set a bit too hard and is no longer breakable.

Guess which sort of shipment this one belonged to?

Despite its lack of function the form is still quite nice, and would make a lovely addition to any apartment.
