Description

This isn't a 'real' heckler; it's actually a very sophisticated robotic toy created by the genius scientists at NipponTech for limited release on Rubi-Ka.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be a much more limited release than they had planned, as, during the initial production phase one of the robotic units unfortunately had its artificial intelligence logic chip replaced with the targeting subunit utilized in the NipponTech High-Altitude Atmospheric Refragmentation Pulse sub-orbital weapons platform. The manufacturing plant was destroyed, along with several neighboring cities, preventing a full shipment of the toys. If you have one, you're quite lucky indeed.
