Description
This is a small, single strand of glowing energy (hence the title). The fact that energy does not naturally exist in string-based form tends to not concern you so much as the fact that it seems far, far more alive than you feel it should be. Then again, it's a small, single strand of glowing energy - Who are you to say whether it should be alive or not?
This item would be worth quite a bit to the right people. It may be delivered to either Elliot Fairlane in Omni-Trade or to Stella Barnes in Old Athen.
