Description
The Hacked Symbio-Graft: Feet of Stone can execute the nano formula Feet of Stone. (Renders the target unable to move for a short period of time. It does not affect the combat capabilities of the target.). Using this item locks Matter Crea for 1 hour minus 5 seconds per Quality Level. It has been hacked to remove profession restrictions. This means that is it easier to use, but less reliable. Official vendors will usually not give you anything for it.
