Description
The Hacked Boosted-Graft: Cloak of Fire can execute the nano formula Cloak of Fire. (Protects the target with a damage shield that inflicts a small amount of damage each time it is hit. This shield will also absorb the first 60 points of fire-based damage that would otherwise be inflicted upon the target. However, the damage absorbing mechanism used is known not to work well with other methods used for absorbing damage.). Using this item locks Matt.Metam for 30 minutes minus 5 seconds per Quality Level. It has been hacked to remove profession restrictions.
