Description
The Hacked Boosted-Graft: Frost With Snow can execute the nano formula Frost With Snow. (Protects the target with a damage shield that inflicts a small amount of damage each time it is hit. This shield will also absorb the first 20 points of cold-based damage that would otherwise be inflicted upon the target. However, the damage absorbing mechanism used is known not to work well with other methods used for absorbing damage.). Using this item locks Matt.Metam for 30 minutes minus 5 seconds per Quality Level. It has been hacked to remove profession restrictions.
